A service celebrating Pastor Doug Cooper’s life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Grace Point Church (5934 Surrett Drive
Archdale, NC 27263).

The family will receive friends, before the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Following the service, the High Point American Legion Post 87 (409 W High Ave, High Point, NC 27260) would like to invite anyone who would like to come and spend time with the family, to stop by for a meal and fellowship.

***Please note, the family is requesting that everyone wear a Hawaiian shirt to honor Doug’s memory.***

Please join is on Sunday July 26, 2026 from 1pm-5pm for Sunday Dinner. The menu is .eat loaf, pinto beans, corn bread, Mac and cheese, and taters. The plates are $8 and ALL proceeds go to our School Supply drive. So come out and have some good food and fun while supporting a worthy cause.

Thank you to the members and supporters of VFW Post 9899 for helping us raise money for a worthy cause. This was the 2nd payment to Triad Flight of Honor for a total $3650.00.
