TEDx High Point University

TEDx High Point University TEDx is a non-profit organization that aims to showcase unique ideas and information so that they may gain worldwide exposure and feedback.

The purpose of TEDx HPU is to foster an environment that people can share their ideas and passions freely. It can be an entrepreneurial venture, an environmental impact strategy, research findings, or even a unique personal story in which you learned a lesson of great value. Students presenting an idea at a TEDx event will have thoroughly conceptualized their idea and mastered their presentation o

n it. The club will assist students in developing their presentation through meetings with officers and occasional workshops on public speaking. The best part is that at each event, presentations will be video recorded and shared afterwards on our YouTube channel. This means that students’ ideas will not only reach all of HPU’s campus but the entire world! It is possible that TED.com will feature one of our videos on their website which would then potentially reach millions of viewers!
