We're on the run! GO FAR's 10-week, 20-session program helps elementary students train to run or walk/run a 5k. The program has grown to include more than 40 participating schools in Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem and dozens more across the country, from California to NC we are GOING FAR! We reach over 10,000 children and their families each year.

Here is what to know before then:

๐Ÿท๏ธ Coaches: use your 50% off coupon before it expires on 10/23. Coupons will not be renewed.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Families: register by 10/23 to skip the $5 increase.

Two runners. Two generations. One GO FAR family. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™

After the Lace Up run, we caught up with one of our board members, a principal who has now run in 20+ GO FAR races, and his son. His son grew up running GO FAR races too, and heโ€™s a grown man now who still laces up and lines up beside his dad.

Thatโ€™s what it looks like when GO FAR grows with you.
It starts with a first club or a first 5K. Then it becomes a habit, a tradition, a way to show up for your community. For some, it grows into a seat at the board table or a place cheering at the finish line.

No matter where you are in your running journey, thereโ€™s a place for you here. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒ

Last night at our 1st Annual Heart and Sole Gala, we celebrated the volunteer coaches, families, and partners who make GO FAR possible. If you couldnโ€™t be there, watch the video we shared with our guests.

Big news, GO FAR family! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

We are so excited to announce that we are being joined by a brand new club all the way from Apex, NC: the TMSA Apex Running Club!

This is a huge milestone for us. It's the first time our running clubs are reaching this area, and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome these students, families, and school community into the GO FAR family.

A special shout-out to their coaches, Nour Zamamiri and Umera Malik, for stepping up to lead these runners. GO FAR clubs are powered by volunteer coaches, and we are so grateful for the time, heart, and energy they are pouring into these kids.

Welcome to the family, TMSA Apex! We can't wait to see where you run next. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿงก
