Here are pics of some of the great sales plants Seagrove brought to the meeting. Out-of-town speakers are always appreciated and the membership looks forward to being able to add new plants to their collection. We also had an excellent turnout of students interested in orchids from CVCC.

April 12st the CVOS had Linda Thorne, an American Orchid Society accredited judge and owner of Seagrove Orchids, speak on Oncidium, the 'Dancing Lady' orchid group. Always an informative, entertaining and enjoyable speaker, Linda also brought plants from her greenhouse for sale. A great turnout, great sales table plants and excellent refreshments provided by member Martha Lord.

Tuesday, December 16, 2025, CVOS Christmas Dinner party at O'Charlie's in Hickory, NC. Membership gathered for our yearly Christmas Dinner. Approximately 24 members assembled with guest for our years end celebration.
