My name is Elisabeth Romines Latino. I am a doctoral candidate in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Louisville. I’m conducting a dissertation level study under the supervision of Dr. Mark Leach and Dr. Stephanie Budge on the experiences and well-being of LGB (or SSA) college students who are also Christian. If you are a college student who identifies as LGB (or SSA), and Christian, we would like to invite you to participate in a brief (25-30 minutes) survey to help us better understand experiences of sexual orientation minority Christian college students in a college setting. Ally Week is coming up soon! I found some neat ideas to celebrate at LR here: http://www.allyweek.org/resources/ . I especially like the idea of ally pledge cards for people to sign, like you get at the grocery store... but for allies! I wonder how many we could collect?

GLSEN and students across the county, often as members of Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs) or similar student clubs, will celebrate Ally Week on October 15-19 in schools and communities nationwide.
