"A great metaphor that helps me think about teams is the difference between checkers and chess. In checkers, the pieces all work basically the same way. In chess, they do not. Not every piece moves the same, and where the piece is positioned matters.

We have an amazing group of mentor coaches at CAM!

Starting in January 2027, all mentor coaching at CAM will be conducted by MCS coaches. These three have already received their Mentor Coach Specialization designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and more are on the way!

At CAM, we work hard to provide the best in coach training, from a Christian perspective, with highly qualified staff, and a personal touch. We couldn't do that without our dedicated team of mentor coaches and trainers.
