Introducing the Rumsen Ohlone Indigenous Embrace Mentorship Program, known as C4: Consideration, Compassion, Communication, and Commitment,a culturally grounded and empowering initiative dedicated to uplifting individuals by transforming barriers into positive energy and building lasting confidence. Rooted in lived experience, the program connects participants with mentors who lead with empathy, understanding, and shared wisdom, creating a space of encouragement and belonging. Guided by the core values of C4, individuals are inspired to recognize their strengths, grow with resilience, and step forward with confidence and purpose as they navigate their journeys.
