As I thank all our guests gentlemen as well as ladies, who attended the Global Business Forum and the Women’s conference, at the Delta Marriott, Garden Grove, September 5, 6, 7th 2025, engaging in Aviation, Space & Transportation, Healthcare & Pharma, Real Estate, Women Empowerment, and entertainment at its best, I must express my gratitude to USA Global Business Forum, for giving me the opportunity to Chair and Convene the Women’s Conference 2025, and to showcase these wonderful and powerful women from all over the world and all walks of life, to recognize them on this Global platform.

As the CEO/Founder of Step2StepUp Inc., a Non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, it makes me proud to honor these wonderful women who have accomplished so much in their lives to be the mentors for our next generation youth, as I engage in fulfilling their dreams to reality. We look forward to a Youth Conference coming up soon.

My expertise and experience of 35 plus years in Business & Finance, having increased the financial threshold of a few American Companies in the US, it makes me comfortable to lead, mentor, guide and uplift our young adults to great heights as entrepreneurs. The AI intervention will make the lives of our young adults, more challenging and innovative yet promising. Through my Step2StepUp organization, I would like to lead our next generation to be job creators, vs job seekers.

This was a gathering of visionaries, where we explored a theme that was both timely and timeless, “From Survey to Success: A Women’s Journey of Strategic Business Growth” It spoke of our resilience, our resourcefulness, and our relentless pursuit of excellence. It was overwhelming and a sense of pride and gratitude as our theme captured the very essence of their stories.

Every survey, every challenge, and every statistic that has ever questioned a woman’s place in Business, has become the very fuel for our strategy and our success. We are not defined by our limitations; but by how, we have transformed obstacles into opportunities.

Women today are not just breaking barriers-we are setting the blueprint for the future of business. We bring vision, empathy, resilience, and strategy together in ways that has built not only enterprises but also communities and legacies.
This confidence is not just about ideas. It is about igniting a movement that declares to the world: Women are not just participants in the business growth-we are the architects of it all.

Happy International Women’s Day 2024! What a wonderful day to recognize all the hard working women in the world. You are all doing a fantastic job. Dont doubt yourself.

As a young girl, I was inspired by my Mom to dream big, work hard and create excellence. My Mom is spectacular at everything she does and she always cares for her family with great pride and joy. She is the heart and soul of our family. I am grateful for all of her wisdom and support!

May we all Inspire Inclusion in our homes, communities and workplaces. Whether you are a working Mom, single mom, Stay-at-Home Mom, a Fur-babies Mom or not a Mom at all, may you always strive to learn, grow and excel in your field of choice.

Meet the remarkable Rita Pardue!

Rita is a 2023 - 24 Inspirational Women Awardee by Step2Step Up Inc.

Rita Pardue is KUNV’s Community Engagement Producer and an On-Air Personality for the podcast, “Rita-On-The-Road.” She is the recipient of the NBC 4 and the Los Angeles YWCA “Women Making History” award for her contribution to children’s radio programming and the National PTA Golden Oak Award for 16 years of service. Rita is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV & Broadcasting and a Master’s Degree in Child Development, focusing on children’s radio programming.

She works with the Children’s Literacy Program providing narration for Sanrio, Inc. “Hello Kitty” book series and Recording for the Blind. Rita has been a columnist for Valley Magazine, the Glendale News-Press and published author of “The Nothing-To-Do Fun Shop” book. As a spokesperson for World Vision, she helped recruit more than two thousand sponsors for third-world children during her KKLA Midday on LA hosting position on Los Angeles’s number one Christian radio station.

Rita has served as a mentor and educator. Her goal is to provide students with the tools and abilities to not only succeed in school, but life as well having respect for others and taking personal responsibility and developing excellent communication skills.

Mala is widely acclaimed for her extraordinary vocal skills. Mala is a SAG/AFTRA performer who works regularly as a composer and singer in Hollywood movies, TV jingles, Voice Overs, and fusion music.
