Our next meeting is Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Traditions of Hershey, 100 North Larkspur Dr., Palmyra at 7:00 PM. This is our meeting where we welcome ladies 18 and older to join our members and learn what the club is about and our desire is that you wish to join us as a member.

The Women's Civic Club of Hershey will hold its next meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. The speaker will be Chip Koons, Veterans Administration Cemetery Representative who will speak about the history of Indiantown Gap and its operations. The Women's Civic Club of Hershey is having a fundraiser at Friendly's on Monday, November 5, 2018 to support our annual Scholarship Fund and other community projects.

The Women's Civic Club will meet on Tuesday, October 2 in the Community Room of the Ronald McDonald House at 7:00 PM.

Our speaker will be Scott Blanchard from WITF who will speak about how news organizations can play a critical role in a community's health, how some are responding to obstacles including economic pressures, and what the future of local journalism could look like.

All women 18 years and older are welcome to attend and learn about the Women's Civic Club of Hershey.

The first meeting of the Women's Civic Club of Hershey for the 2018-2019 club year will be held on Tuesday, September 4th at 7:00 PM in the Community Room of the Ronald McDonald House.

Our speaker will be Michael Macchioni who founded Gemma's Angels in 2007 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to hunger alleviation. Gemma's Angels is the President's project for this club year.

Women from the Civic Club volunteered on April 7th at the Ronald McDonald House where brownies for the guests were baked. On that same day, a few members manned a table at the West Hanover Yard Sale.

On May 14th members packed boxes at the Central PA Food Bank and on May 1 our club presented a check for $4,700.00 to the PA Wounded Warriors, Inc. from all of their hard work fundraising during the club year.

Our event for tomorrow night at Friendly's has been rescheduled for May 21st from 5:00 to 8:00 PM due to the weather for tomorrow.

Members of the Women’s Civic Club of Hershey volunteered on February 3rd for Caitlin’s Smiles at the New Hope Church in Harrisburg, which is one of the many volunteer activities the members assist at. The Women’s Civic Club of Hershey develops educational, civic and social interests as well as advancing the welfare of the community. The club is open to women 18 years and older and meets the first Tuesday every month from September to May in the Hershey Plaza Apartments, 1st Floor, Social Room.

The next meeting of the Women’s Civic Club of Hershey will be Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00 PM on the first floor of the Hershey Plaza Apartments. Our speaker will be Kelly Smith who is a representative from the PA State Police who will talk about the he**in epidemic in Dauphin County. All women 18 years and older are welcome.
