Tiffany Lynn O'Donnell Foundation

Tiffany Lynn O'Donnell Foundation The Tiffany Lynn O’Donnell Foundation was established in memory of Tiffany, whose life was taken too soon from metastatic breast cancer at 43.

We intend to do "more for stage IV" until a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer is no longer terminal. The Tiffany Lynn O’Donnell Foundation is a 501(c)(3) founded to provide financial contributions to breast cancer research organizations and to non-profit organizations delivering services and support to individuals living with breast cancer. The foundation was established in 2024 in memory of T

iffany, whose joyful life was taken too soon from metastatic breast cancer at the age of 43. Tiffany helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years for organizations including the Young Survival Coalition (YSC), the METAvivor organization, and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. In honor of Tiffany’s fierce advocacy for those living with breast cancer, her family and friends have joined together to continue her advocacy for increased research funding for Stage IV metastatic cancer, earlier screening and detection, and education, networking and support for women diagnosed with breast cancer. As Tiffany would passionately communicate, “Stage IV deserves more!” We agree. We intend to do our part to do more for stage IV until treatments are developed so that a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer is no longer terminal.

🚴🏼‍♀️Where your sponsorship goes
100% of sponsorship dollars are charitable gifts to the Foundation, directly funding metastatic breast cancer research, earlier screening and detection, and support services delivered through partners including Penn State Health, University of Illinois, METAvivor, the Young Survival Coalition, and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Your past contributions have been invaluable in helping support patients and advance meaningful research, including:

Research by Dr. David Shapiro and Dr. Paul Hergenrother at University of Illinois on the drug TEQ103. There are two separate research projects underway;
1) TEQ103 in combination with NK-92, a type of immune system cell that can be given as a cancer immunotherapy in clinical trials,
2) TEQ103 delivered directly as an infusion that has demonstrated efficacy in destroying breast cancer cells representing a potential breakthrough treatment for metastatic breast cancer (MBC);
Research by Drs. James Adair, Gail Matters, and Thomas Neuberger at Penn State University and Penn State Health on Targeted Nanoparticles for Detection of Breast Cancer Metastasis to Bone. The overall goal of this work is to develop tumor cell-targeted imaging nanoparticles for detecting bone metastatic breast cancer at an early stage, when treatments such as radiation, surgery, or radio frequency ablation are options.

Whether you ride for someone you love, for the cause, or for the joy of cycling, we hope you’ll join us. 🚴🏼‍♀️

It's more than a bike ride—it’s a growing community event raising proceeds that go toward advancing breast cancer research, patient support, and the organizations Tiffany championed most.

Let’s pedal with purpose together to continue Tiffany's mission of hope, heart, and healing for those living with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer.

Today, we celebrate the strength, love, and endless devotion of Moms everywhere. 🩷

Whether you're a Mom, Stepmom, Grandma, guardian, or Mother figure- thank you for your sacrifices, your wisdom, and your unwavering support.
Here's to all the amazing Moms- we see you, and we appreciate you all!

And on this day, we hold close the memory of a woman whose love knew no limits. Tiffany was always there with open arms, kind words, and the kind of support only a mother could give. Her love was unconditional, and her strength was quiet but powerful.
May we remember the amazing mother she was to her beautiful daughter and honor those mothers who celebrate this day in Heaven.

She was 43 years old. Bright blue eyes. A heart of gold. A fierce advocate.

Her name was Tiffany Lynn O'Donnell. For years, she pedaled 200 miles at a time for women fighting metastatic breast cancer...not because it was easy, but because she believed they deserved more than what the world was giving them.
In 2023, Tiffany was taken too soon from the people she loved most, losing her own fight with metastatic breast cancer.

Tiffany's Pink Pedal Ride was born from her legacy — from her family's refusal to let her fierce advocacy die with her. On Saturday, August 8, 2026, cyclists of all levels will roll out from Penn State Hershey Breast Center in Hershey, PA, pedaling miles against metastatic breast cancer.

Proceeds raised from this event will be used to support those causes most important to Tiffany, including breast cancer research and support for those living with metastatic breast cancer.

Tiffany used to say: "Stage IV deserves more." We agree. Join us in doing more.
