Last night we celebrated Keira Pritchett at her Eagle Scout ceremony—such a special milestone! As one of the original members, she’s now the 5th scout from Troop 2200 to earn her Eagle, which makes it even more meaningful. We’re so proud of all the girls and the dedication they’ve shown over the years—it’s been amazing to watch them grow. Keira received wonderful commendations, including a special visit from Rep. Tom Mehaffie, and was surrounded by friends and family who came from near and far to celebrate with her.

On Scout Sunday, we give thanks to our charter organization Derry Presbyterian Church. Troop 2200 along with Pack 200 and Troop BSA Troop 200 Hershey PA participated as greeters, helped with the service, and post-worship fellowship. We join the congregation in grateful celebration of the life of Mr. Paul Querry, whose dedication to our youth will be remembered for the positive impact he had on so many.

Despite the cold, Troop 2200 celebrated our scouts achievements at tonight’s Court of Honor. Congrats to Logan (Scout), Katherine R. (First Class) and Kiera (Eagle) who have all achieved rank advancements!

Along with BSA Troop 200 Hershey PA and Cub Scout Pack 200, we collected 976 food items and 1133 lbs of food for the Hershey Food Pantry through the annual Scouting for Food drive. Great job!

Congrats to Troop 2200’s scouts and leaders who just spent an incredible (and incredibly rainy!) week at Heritage Reservation. Many merit badges and rank advancements were achieved and we achieved honor troop designation, two honor patrols, and most achieved honor camper. We also took home the adult dutch oven dessert award. Pics from the rare moments of sunshine. Spirits were high despite the rain!
