Previously, the World Forgotten Children Foundation (WFCF) contributed $6,300 USD to The Power of Play (TPOP). This donation aimed to support the establishment of a sensory playground for the Nashipay Maasai Initiative school in Tanzania, a project with profound implications for the community. Despite the many benefits of play, access to safe, high-quality playgrounds is not distributed equally, and many children in underserved communities face barriers to recreational spaces that support healthy development and social connection.

Children with albinism in Africa continue to face severe discrimination, stigma, and violence. Previously, World Forgotten Children Foundation (WFCF) partnered with Under The Same Sun (UTSS) to support 70 students with albinism in Tanzania, reflecting a shared commitment to expanding educational opportunities for children with disabilities. WFCF remains dedicated to raising awareness about the challenges faced by children with albinism across Africa and works to combat harmful myths and misconceptions through education and advocacy.
