We know, we know, we’re a bit behind, but we’re catching up, so stay tuned!

On the 7th day before Christmas, we were so excited and honored to host a pizza party for Our Directions, an incredible organization that helps so many champions in our area! We are so thankful for Our Directions!

We believe that love is, love does and LOVE GOES!

On the 8th day of Christmas, we purchased gifts for Toys for Tots! Since 1947, over 627 million toys have been distributed and over 281 million children have received a gift! That’s incredible! We were honored to help support their efforts in 2022. This is their 75th anniversary and we couldn’t think of a better year to partner with the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program as they celebrate this incredible milestone. We truly believe that love is, love does and LOVE GOES!

On our 9th day of Christmas, we were blessed to be able to provide Christmas for students at Northside Primary, Herrin Elementary and Herrin High School. We sponsored 8 children this year! We are thankful for the opportunity to bless those in our community. We truly believe that love is, love does and LOVE GOES!

We are doing something FUN for Christmas this year and wanted to let you in on the fun we’ve been having! We are doing a 10 Days of Christmas and we have loved the opportunity to serve those in our communities! Yes, we know it’s normally 12 Days of Christmas, but when have we ever done anything the way we’re supposed to?!?

Here’s our first give-a-way and we are so thankful for Steve and Cindy Miller who helped make this possible! We were able to donate 50 FUN bags for pediatric outpatients and inpatients at Herrin Hospital! Coloring books and other fun goodies are in each bag and we pray for every child who receives one that they feel Jesus ever so close to them! Thank you SIWC for being a church that believes love is, love does and LOVE GOES!
