Good morning! Just a reminder that the Heron Gym will be open to all during the Adult Education hours, MWF 9-11 Jan 6-Feb 24. There is no charge during this time and a great opportunity to come check out our little secret gem!

Yoga class is cancelled for June 26th and July 3rd. I will be in Nevada visiting friends for the holiday. have a safe and wonderful 4th of July and i’ll see you back for practice on July 10th! 🇺🇸

NOTICE!! Afternoon and evening work-out sessions are cancelled for the summer due to lack of participation! Outdoor projects and recreational activities are in full swing!
The gym will be open for the morning sessions as listed below:

MONDAY - 5:00 a.m. 6:30 a.m.
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
YOGA CLASS 10:00 a.m.

TUESDAY - 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

WEDNESDAY - 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

THURSDAY - 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
