Our primary purpose is to recover from our eating disorders and to carry this message of recovery to others with eating disorders. Eating Disorders Anonymous is a 12-Step program of recovery. There are no diets or food plans. Balance – not abstinence – is our goal. We focus on solutions to issues so we can lead happy and purposeful lives. Join us!
