A SAHM spends most of her time alone with her children.
While you are driving to work listening to whatever music you choose, she’s with her children listening to whatever music they choose on repeat.
While you are at work interacting with your colleagues, she's with her children, absorbed in sibling fights and make-believe.
While you’re taking a break at work, she’s stuck in the chaos of her day with small children.
When you feel complete at the end of the day after getting so much done at work, she’s wondering what she did all day because her house still looks like it did when her partner left that morning.
When you come home, and she isn't in the mood for conversation, she may need some time to recharge in the silence from her noisy day.
When you think she’s talking too much, it may be the only conversation she’s had with another adult all day, and she’s relishing it.
𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄.
Understand that she's had someone in her space all day.
Understand that having no breaks can drive someone crazy.
Bear with her if she has no patience or isn't in the best mood at the end of each day.
She's exhausted, burnt out, and trying her best.
