⚠️ HBHERODIVE SAFETY NOTICE — DIVE WITHIN YOUR CERTIFICATION

As HBHERODIVE continues to grow, we are going to be more strict about ensuring our divers stay within the limits of their certifications and training.

This isn't about profit. HBHERODIVE is a nonprofit organization. Our program fees are designed to cover costs associated with training, such as required e-learning and applicable entry or training expenses. Encouraging you to continue your education isn't about making money — it's about making sure you have the training necessary to come home safely.

Certification limits exist for a reason. Greater depth, decompression obligations, overhead environments, increased gas consumption, narcosis, and more complex emergencies require additional knowledge, training, and experience.

There can also be insurance consequences. Diving outside your training, certification, or the conditions of a particular policy may result in coverage being limited or denied following an accident.

Most importantly, we never want to see one of our students seriously injured or killed because they attempted a dive they weren't properly trained or prepared for.

Moving forward, knowingly and repeatedly diving beyond your certification or training may result in removal from future HBHERODIVE programs, including classes, program discounts, and sponsored/free dive trips.

We aren't trying to hold anyone back. We want to see you progress as a diver — the right way. If you want to go deeper, enter more advanced environments, or expand your abilities, we'll help you get the training and experience to do it safely.

Dive your training. Know your limits. Continue your education. Come home safely.
