Good morning, we can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow! A few house keeping items for tonight and tomorrow. The areas marked in pink on the map are No Parking areas which includes staying overnight as they are areas reserved for people attending their church service in the morning, food trucks, to load and unload stock and there’s work going on around the Quonset. Trailer parking can be accessed from Hwy 40 and go straight through to the gates and park in the grass or you can continue on to the east side (Fairgrounds Place) and access trailer parking from there. Please do not park in the east side warm up area. If you park in the steer pen before we get them moved ensure the gate is closed.
Check in is at the rodeo office in western attire with number. If you’re drawing out of an event or have changes let them know. Please check in by 930 am. Contestant meeting at 940 am by the crows nest. Roping events only will enter from the west end all other events will enter from the east end. Remember to look at the program to see if you are an event director as we need you there to start the event.
