Bring the World Home This Summer — Host a Student from Mexico!

South Bay families with middle or high school students are invited to host visiting students from Loreto, Mexico through the Hermosa Beach–Loreto Sister City Student Exchange Program, July 31–August 7, 2026. Hosting is a fun and meaningful way to experience cultural exchange, build international friendships, and give students a global perspective without leaving home.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to ask if any of you guys would like to host a
Student Exchange high school participant from Manhattan Beach's Sister City of Santa Rosalia (Baja California Sur, Mexico) from Thursday July 25th - Thursday August 1st.

The students are high school aged and are here for the Mira Costa High School Baja Club student exchange but I am short a few houses. We have a full itinerary that is super fun!

Please let me know if any of you are interested and I can send you more info!

On Friday, April 12th, we took the students to the beach for the day! Our beach day took place next to the Marina in Loreto on the Malecon and it was a beautiful day out!
