Our own Evelyne Ouellet is officially launching FIG Team Los Angeles Homes & Lifestyle, bringing The FIG Team’s world-class platform to the West Coast.

As a board member of HERmosa Circle and a global ambassador of eXp Women in Network, Evelyne believes deeply in women supporting women, bold leadership, and creating opportunities for others to grow.

This next chapter is about building a strong community of real estate professionals in Los Angeles and helping agents grow their careers, businesses, and impact.

The Hermosa Circle is proud to spotlight Not Shockboxx, an independent woman-owned contemporary art gallery in Hermosa Beach built around artists, experimentation, and making art feel a little less precious (and a lot more accessible).

From local and emerging artists to nationally exhibited work, Not Shockboxx brings an ever-changing mix of exhibitions, artist talks, open calls, workshops, unexpected experiences, and plenty of things that don’t fit neatly into a gallery-shaped box.

It’s a place to discover artists you haven’t heard of yet. Buy original work without needing an art-world vocabulary. Show up for an opening. Ask questions. Meet people. Get inspired. Maybe get a little weird.

Sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs don’t come from working harder. They come from finding the right people. The ones who share your values, challenge your thinking, and help you build something bigger than you could alone.

Over the past few months, I made one of the boldest decisions of my career.

Not because I had to.
Because it felt deeply aligned with the future I want to create.

Life has defining moments.

Moments when one conversation, one opportunity, or one decision changes everything.

Our final March Award spotlight is here! ☘️

The final award goes to a woman who has been part of the HERmosa Circle story from the very beginning.
Fiona didn’t just welcome us into Patrick Molloy’s
she opened her doors to the Circle from day one, hosting our very first Women’s March celebration!

Since then, she has continued to show up year after year with generosity, consistency, and unwavering support.

Life gets busy, but it’s important to us that we give a proper shoutout to all of our March Circle of Celebration award winners. 💛 Thanks for hanging in there with us and celebrating these incredible women with us—even if we’re a little late!

April’s Bio:
April started Simpatico Sweets in 2020 as a creative passion project, and it has since grown into a business known for beautiful custom edible artwork.

By day, she’s the Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Sand Spa. In her free time, she’s creating unforgettable cakes and desserts or walking the Hermosa Beach Strand with her fur baby, Jamal.

Her favorite part of what she does is helping people celebrate life’s biggest milestones—from weddings and baby showers to birthdays—creating desserts that become lasting memories, all with creativity, care, and a whole lot of heart.

As the Director of Sales at Hotel HERmosa, Courtney is the go to for events, group bookings, and corporate travel & meetings. If you’re looking to host an event, look no further, Courtney and her team create incredible experiences from start to finish.

She has hosted numerous workout events for our HERmosa Circle members, creating space for connection, wellness, and community. When she’s not at the hotel, you’ll likely find her with her adorable pup, Debo, or supporting local businesses as a Board Member of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Living in the South Bay, Courtney brings kindness, positivity, and genuine hospitality wherever she goes.
