By the way, you forgot to draw the resident's homes, less than 5ft from the drive-thru.

The Hermosa Beach Planning Commission will consider a conditional-use permit for the proposed project’s drive-thru next week.

URGENT - WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Dear Hermosa Beach Neighbor,
I’m not sure if you are aware but there is a plan to build a Starbucks with a drive-thru in our backyard where Felder’s Auto stands vacant (204 – 210 2nd Street)
The city screwed up notifying the residents, trying to slide this through without our knowledge, but thanks to some of our neighbors the word got out just in time.
There is a hearing that will decide if the plan is approved on February 15th.
WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW
1. Review the plans and email the city leaders
2. Join Nextdoor and Facebook groups that oppose a drive-thru in our backyard (ask me how)
3. Make sure you attend the meeting and speak up during public comment (it is a zoom meeting).
