All suggestions will be presented to the Board and the winning name will receive free registrations to every race in 2027!
In 2027, we will once again offer SPECIAL MEDALS:
Run the Highland (complete a full and/or half marathon in Bangor and Lincoln)
Run the Moose (complete a full and/or half marathon in Augusta and Waterville)
Vacationland Triple Crown (run a full and/or half marathon at 3 of our races in 2027)

For example:
Kirsten Olsen runs with the honor stone for Benjamin, her friend so his memory still has a journey
Anthony Liberatore Jr. runs with a 42 pound ruck to honor the memory of the 343 FDNY members killed on September 11th
Colleen Smith a professional marathoner who ran the Boston Marathon pregnant, introduced her daughter Ava, to running at our 2023 Lincoln Marathon - now Ava is a marathon runner
Henry Biggs had trouble running these days due to knee injuries but needed Maine to continue his goal towards running a marathon in every state - he completed the Lincoln Marathon
A group of ladies ran the Augusta Marathon in support of the Robbins family and the tragic accident this past summer at their lumber mill
Angie Fudge was turning 50 and ran our Augusta Marathon with Bib 50 and her family met her in Maine and ran with her - what a celebration
As always we welcome praise and suggestions from all our runners - David and I work very hard all year long to plan these events, but I still work a day job, so do my best to get back to each and every runner who has a question.
Please share your thoughts, comments, critiques and praises with us!
See you at the Starting Line in 2027...
