Meet Daisy 🌼

Daisy is a 3–4 year old girl who is fully vetted and ready for her forever home. She’s very playful, full of personality, and would do best as an only cat, where she can soak up all the attention.

Despite being an amazing cat, Daisy has never received a single application — and we truly don’t understand why. She deserves someone to choose her and give her the loving home she’s been waiting for.

We have had a busy few weeks here at the rescue! 💜

On top of taking in 9 new kittens 🐈‍⬛ within the last 2 weeks, we also obtained three new rescues 😲 all in a typical, sudden cat rescue fashion! 🐱

At this time, we have OVER THIRTY kittens and cats in our care 🤯

Let’s introduce the newbies! 🤭

Annie 🪲♥️

This adorable, 9 month old girl has been a stray in a neighborhood for many months. When her caretaker sent out a plea for help to find a safe, indoor home, one of our fosters was ready to go! 🥹

Annie is currently recovering from her spay but so far she has only proven how absolutely darling she is! She is a gentle girl who LOVES chin and ear rubs! She is very affectionate!

We aren’t entirely sure on her friendliness towards other cats and dogs as she is still recovering ❤️‍🩹 but soon introductions will begin!

Burdock 🤎

This sweet little boy came in as a stray, dragging his hind leg! His founders have been working on spaying and neutering all the strays in their neighborhood (👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 we love to see it!) and were surprised to find him!

Burdock has a tibial and metatarsal fracture which our veterinarians at Happy Tales Veterinary Hospital believe will heal fully with splinting and rest!

This little boy is the SWEETEST little thing we can’t wait for him to heal so he can be a real kitten!

Tootie Fruit 🫧🩷

Tootie is the only surviving kitten of her litter. She and her siblings were left on the side of the road in a box. 😢

Terrified, her siblings escaped the box in search of safety but were devastatingly hit by cars. Tootie only survived because she was too sick with a URI to get out of the box. 😷

Thankfully, a Good Samaritan stepped forward and risked her own safety on a busy road to save this little kitten! 🐱

Tootie is now safe and recovering well! We are so grateful for this outcome.

With all of this comes expensive vet bills, more supplies needed and still there are hundreds of more kittens needing rescued everyday.

Our favorite part of being foster based- all the kitten love and attention!

Socialization is a HUGE part of animal rescue and as a foster parent it’s 24/7!

A big way we do this is through… FOOD! What kitten doesn’t love a treat?! ☺️🐟

Food builds trust and a bond between feline and human! The most trust we have the easier it is to adopt cats out!

These female, adult cats were born to be ADORED & we are looking for homes to do just that! 🥰

✔️Dewormed & flea/tick treated

Daisy 🌼 LONGEST RESIDENT 🚨💔

Daisy is very energetic and loves a good crinkle tunnel to run through. She also loves her foster mom's catio, she is one serious sun seeker! She likes to love bite, make muffins and is always purring!

Daisy would do best in a calmer home with either no other pets or respectful calm pets.

Recently, Daisy has developed some chronic constipation. This is being managed by our veterinarian and is managed with a special high-fiber diet and one medication as needed.

Pearl 🤍

Pearl is one beautiful girl! Pearl came to us after her mom could no longer for her. After a good grooming with our friend Tammy, she’s feeling like a million bucks!
Pearl is an incredibly sweet girl. She was a little shy the first couple of days in her foster home but she has QUICKLY warmed up to her foster mom! She LOVES to sit on her lap and receive some much needed pets!

We were told that Pearl didn’t get along with other cats but so far, she has shown that she is actually more cat selective! Pearl just has her preference! We recommend slow introductions for Pearl and any new feline friends.

Lilly 🌻

Lilly was adopted from us about one year ago and returned recently due to issues with the other cats in the home.

At this time, we believe Lilly was being bullied by the other cats, but at this time we are recommending a single-cat home or a home with one incredibly respectful, calm cat.

Lilly is still a young girl and loves to play. She especially loves cardboard scratchers.

Beatrice and Betsy 🧡

Meet our pretty ginger girls! The B’s!🐝🧡

They have been with us since last summer, not sisters but they definitely rely on each other!❤️

Both girls are very sweet but very shy, they will need a quiet home that will understand them and give them time to warm up!

Both are very playful. A home without small children and no dogs is best for them as too much noise and chaos will scare them.

This weekend brought several new furry (and feathery 😉) faces into our care! 💕

We welcomed a litter of all black male kittens whose mother was deceased when they were found. The kittens were covered in ticks and desperately needed help! They are now safe, warm, and receiving the care they deserve. ❤️‍🩹

We also took in another litter from a local rescue that needed help! Meet Turbo, Miata, Nismo, and Supra! These adorable kittens are settling in and doing well. 😻

We also took in a single kitten found all by herself, Rozalynn 😻

And our newest feathered friend has arrived! We recently took in a parakeet whose owner entered a nursing home. The little bird is currently settling into a foster home & doing well! 🦜

As always, caring for so many animals takes supplies, and we're running low on several essentials. If you'd like to help, we are currently in need of:

What a successful day full of fun, kitten cuddles at an AMAZING bookstore! 📚♥️🐱

We had a blast today with everyone Boundless Books- PA and we thank everyone who came out to see us!

It was such a good turn out and the kittens received so much love! ❤️

Today, we made a little over $450 dollars! These funds will go directly towards our veterinary and animal care! 🐱💜
