RSM Executive Director/CEO, Michele Speich, and Director of Revenue and Communications, Kala Davis, recently attended the TBI Regional Human Trafficking Task Force meeting alongside local law enforcement and nonprofit leaders.

This quarterly meeting provides vital updates on case investigations, emerging trends, coordinated enforcement efforts, and victim support resources. These insights strengthen our collaborative efforts and highlight regional needs that require stronger support.

We are honored to participate in these efforts and look forward to working closely with partner agencies to increase visibility and resources for those seeking to exit a life of exploitation and abuse. We are truly better together.

🚚She got her CDL! 🚚

She is looking forward to a hope-filled future, and has accomplished a big milestone in preparation for re-entering the workforce!

Transferring her CDL from another state to Tennessee was a long process filled with plenty of red tape and unexpected setbacks. Along the way, she shared with staff just how much emotional growth she saw in herself through the challenges and frustrations she faced.

We are incredibly proud of her perseverance, determination, and growth, and we’ll be right beside her to support her on the “road” ahead!

💙They showed up! 💙

Every year, a group of employees from HCA Healthcare visits Good Hope Farms. This day at the farm is part of the company's "We Show Up For Our Communities" annual volunteer initiative.

This mighty trio, led by Matt Casto, did some significant prep work for other volunteer teams scheduled to arrive later in the month. They also tackled much-needed screen door replacements.

We are so grateful for our friends at HCA TriStar Health. They have faithfully supported RSM in a variety of meaningful ways for many years. We love our community partners who come alongside us to provide hope and healing to the survivors in our care!

💥RSM in East Tennessee! 💥

RSM Executive Director and CEO, Michele Speich, and Director of Revenue and Communications, Kala Davis, recently shared the RSM story and mission to the faith community at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Crossville, TN.

We are so thankful for the generous offering provided to RSM and for the warm hospitality we received. We truly enjoyed the homemade potluck meal and appreciated everyone who supported us by shopping at the Good Hope Farms pop-up shop.

It has been a pleasure getting to know Pastor Jim Mersereau and his wife, Aimee, over the last six months. Their heart for mission work is inspiring, and we look forward to seeing how God uses this new relationship and partnership in East Tennessee.
