Four Legs and Fur Animal Society In Hickory County and the surrounding counties, we assist members of the community with animal welfare issues as time and resources allow.

Being foster based, we accept rescue animals as space permits. To promote pet retention, we operate a food pantry. Founded by Jo Rose, Berta Bryner and Jan Gerstlauer in 2015, Four Legs and Fur's mission is to improve the daily lives of companion animals in and around Hickory County MO.

" He has one eye, over weight but tall back, and a fresh hair cut down his back and sides, a pink collar if he hasn't lost it, and very scared of other humans and anything really, he is 13 and has never lived outside, he got very scared today near Stillwater resort, please help , he is a registered ESA 417-298-7783 or 660-221-8719" PLEASE HELP

The large wooden dog house next to our building is up for grabs and there's a small pile of straw next to the door -- both are free for the taking
