Have you ever looked at lung art, specifically the ones that have the branches and flowers?
When I look at this art work and the image not only is it beautiful, this is how I imagine lungs feel. Lungs that have never known rough coughing, bleeding, antibiotics and mucus clogged airways. Lungs that do not have CF in them.
When I see this, I feel as though the lungs can breathe, they are filled with beautiful air, fresh smelling air, air that moves freely when you take a breath in and out. A deep breath that I cannot even imagine taking.
This is how I believe my lungs will feel one day, when it is time for me to go home.
Only God knows when that is and I am in NO hurry to go. What an amazing truth to hold onto and know that with God’s mighty healing they will feel as light as the wheat fields feel when the wind blows.. when it dances in the wind… that too is beautiful, just like healed lungs will be. Thank you Jesus for the promise of healing.

They donated a wine barrel tasting for up to 8 people at their beautiful location in Hood River.
