Community PARTY Saturday May 30th!

We have a couple of new vendors coming to the party this year. One of them is SODA CRAZE. This is a tasty, fun, non-alcoholic soda vendor perfect for all ages.

"Soda Craze is a locally owned business that sales your favorite soda all grown up! Add flavored syrups, cream and lime to put a twist on your drink!"

SO please, come early for a FUN dinner and try SODA CRAZE!

Before the cross was lifted into place, a small group gathered while Father Luis of Boardman Parrish offered a lovely, very well-suited blessing. Behind Fr. Luis is Teres, then Phyllis, Chris, Rod (the master craftsman), McCormack guys Steven, Trevor and Brian and surveyor, Steve Haddock of Pilot Rock. (Mike Duffy was behind the camera).

The beautiful remarks Father offered...would have been wonderful for everyone to hear, ...truly.

We HIGHLY recommend a stop in Echo to see the cross atop St. Peters.

Make your donation count DOUBLE for the American Legion Avenue of Flags project.

From now until the end of the year, Greater Hermiston Community Foundation will match all donations toward the new storage building for flags at the Hermiston Cemetery.

What do our grants cover? All sorts of things! In 2025, we supported:

- A multi-use outdoor dining area at the Stanfield Community Center
- A book vending machine at Columbia Vista Intermediate School in Umatilla.
- Final touches on the Good Shepherd Health Care System Pickleball Complex in Hermiston.
