Dear Members,

Please be advised that the main pool is temporarily closed until further notice due to an unexpected incident that requires a longer water treatment procedure.

Per health department regulations and our commitment to your safety, we are executing a full, deep-clean chemical treatment and filtration cycle. Because this requires an extended period to ensure the water is perfectly safe and balanced, the pool will remain closed until Sunday morning (6/21).

We will provide a follow-up update as soon as the water clearance testing is complete. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we keep our facilities safe for everyone.

There's still time to sign up for YMCA Summer Gymnastics Camp! This camp is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to build skills, gain confidence, and have fun this summer.

Open to participants ages 6-17 at all experience levels, campers will receive gymnastics instruction in a supportive environment where they can learn and grow at their own pace. Along with time in the gym, participants will enjoy crafts, outdoor games, and other classic camp activities throughout the week.

The YMCA at the Essentia Wellness Center and the Duluth Public Library are teaming up for a fun-filled summer Family, Friends & Neighbors (FFN) event at the YMCA at the Essentia Wellness Center on Tuesday, June 23rd. Enjoy story time, splash pad fun, snacks, and take home a summer beach bag packed with activities and goodies to help keep the children in your care engaged all summer long.

FFN programs are designed to support caregivers who provide care outside of traditional childcare settings. If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join us for an afternoon of fun, connection, and resources.
