Another opportunity for pitchers and catchers to learn from a Division I coach, this time in August!

We are super excited to share that Coach Jen Trotter, D1 University of St. Thomas Head Coach, will be here for a pitching and catching camp August 4th, 2026. Coach Trotter is an Iron Range native and spent most of her career at Missouri Western before taking over at St. Thomas in the fall of 2022.

It was an exciting weekend of 10U and 12U softball at the Tom Bang Memorial Tournament at Rose Road Softball Complex! 🥎

Thank you to all of the players, coaches, families, spectators, and volunteers who helped make this weekend such a memorable event. We appreciate everyone who came out to support the tournament!

Hermantown Blue won the 10U tournament and Rock Ridge won the 12U tournament.

We are excited to bring back Division I University of St. Thomas Assistant Softball Coach Jen Walter for a summer camp. This time, Coach Walter will offer opportunities for both hitting and defense on Tuesday, June 9 2026.

The Hermantown Varsity Softball team is hosting Youth Night at its home game on Thursday, May 7th at the Rose Road Softball Complex. All HSSA players are welcome to join the varsity players on the field during the National Anthem at 4:00PM. The game will start at 4:30PM.

6U, 8U and 10U will have Open Gym today at Hermantown Middle School at their regular times.

12U and up will not have Open Gym today.

This will be the last week of Open Gym, as teams will begin to head outside.
