Last weekend was Section G11 Conclave 2023. It was the section’s biggest conclave since 2019 and was filled with fun and fellowship.

Attendees were mixed with others from all over the section into lumberjack clans which then competed in thematic competitions to see who would come out on top. We also had Zach Grinvalsky, the National Chief of the Order of the Arrow in attendance!

Lodge Chief Kael won the lodge chief olympics, winning in the name of Ka’Niss Ma’Ingan.

Saturday night, to wrap up the weekend, we had the closing show. The show contained of a great speech from the national chief, as well as the presentation of various awards to the clans who won them. Our lodge took home the Headfeller Competition award Kael won, too. After that, we elected the 2023-2024 Section G11 officers who will do a great job of leading the section for this term until Section Conclave next year, which will be at Camp Wilderness and hosted by Pa-Hin Lodge.

We know you’re lying!

NOAC 2024’s theme was just revealed:
Seek New Heights.

July 29th to August 3rd of 2024, you guys will have the incredible opportunity to head with the lodge contingent to the University of Colorado Boulder to attend an event of a lifetime. NOAC can be described as the OA’s National Jamboree, taking place at a different college campus every couple years. With endless activities to participate in and thousands of Arrowmen from across the country to meet, you won’t be bored.

It’s also worthy to note that NOAC is several times cheaper than jamboree, while having many of the same, and in many cases, more, opportunities, such as incredibly world class leadership trainings from some of the world’s best leaders.

My goal is to have 25 members going to NOAC this year from our lodge, and I know it’s possible, and you can help by registering when it’s opened.

The National Order of the Arrow Impact Report for 2022 is here!

You, yes YOU, helped increase these numbers by attending our events and being an Arrowman, dedication yourself to brotherhood and cheerful service. You are a servant leader who contributes to these astounding numbers.

If you want these numbers to be bigger this year, do your part by simply attending events like Fall Conclave, for which registration has opened in the council calendar. Register now for the August 18-20 event!

Arrowmen, make sure you have our upcoming conclave on your calendar!

August 18th-20th we will be having our lodge's Fall Conclave at the council adventure base, which is across the street from Camp Horace Johnson.

At this event, we will swear in our new lodge and chapter officers elected at Spring Conclave and we will induct new Ordeal and Brotherhood members.

Recently we held our Spring Conclave at Northern Tier High Adventure Base. We had an amazing weekend, inducting 17 ordeal candidates and 12 brotherhood candidates reaffirmed their devotion to the Order. We had a great turn out and a lot of fun.

We completed a lot of cheerful service for Northern Tier, preparing them for a Summer of thousands of scouts seeking to experience the Boundary Waters. We also elected our new lodge officers, who will be sworn in at Fall Conclave, which is August 18th-20th.

Spring Conclave was amazing this year. I hope to see you all at Fall Conclave!

Keep in mind, Section Conclave is coming up too on the weekend of September 29th-October 1st. Registration is open on the council calendar.

Spring Conclave registration closes THIS WEEKEND!!!

We’ve got a great weekend ahead of us at Northern Tier, and we don’t want you to miss it!

We will be inducting new ordeal members, solidifying membership within new brotherhood members, and having a great weekend filled with fun, fellowship, and service.

We will also be having a visitation from our Section Chief, Kalen Hill! We haven’t had a section officer at a lodge event for a long time, so this is a great opportunity to show the section leadership what our lodge has going on!

A couple weeks ago, members of our lodge met with Arrowmen from all around the section, with top tier trainers there to teach us how to best run our OA lodges. Everyone learned a ton of useful skills and knowledge that we’ll be able to bring back to our lodges and help grow the Order.
