🏀 67 POINTS = $67 FOR A STUDENT!

We’re kicking off a new season of Herkimer Originals basketball at our new home, DNA Evolution in Herkimer, and we’ve got something special for the kids.

When the OGs reach 67 points, one student at the game wins $67.

And there’s a bonus:

Our longtime friend and major supporter Joe Norelli will be suiting up with the Originals. If Joe scores, another student wins another $67!

Joe and Judy Norelli and the Norelli Family Foundation have supported the Herkimer Originals for years, and we’re proud to have them as part of the OGs family.

Bring the kids, get their free student raffle ticket, and come cheer on Joe and the Originals!

Congratulations to Herkimer 9 Foundation board member Mary Morse!!

It’s an honor to recognize Mary Morse as one of my 2026 .

Mary has spent her life strengthening Herkimer County—through her work with the Catholic Daughters, Chamber of Commerce, Community Foundation, and Herkimer 9, always focused on growth, faith, tourism, and preserving our history. As the longtime owner of Kwik-Kut Manufacturing in Mohawk, she created local jobs and championed “Made in the USA,” and she continues to support the community through her role in a local manufactured housing community.

Congratulations, Mary—thank you for your dedication to Herkimer County!
