Daisy and Prince welcome Izzy (AKA: Desert Rose #1) back to the rescue. Izzy had been adopted into a fabulous home for 10 years but circumstances have brought her back here. At 17 years old, she still has lots of love to give another family.

We suddenly lost this beautiful boy Wednesday evening. He appeared fine for afternoon feed but died during the thunderstorm. Doc was a senior horse at 30 something but did not look or act his age. He came to us with long hooves and gimping from an old injury. He made an incredible transformation and enjoyed running and moving around the pasture with his friends. We only rode him once to see what he knew. He was a distinguished retired gentleman. We were honored to help him be his best during his final chapter RIP Doc.

Spirit and Ransom Kid arrived at their new home today. Keep your eyes open. You may see them around the streets of Tombstone. We are so excited for them to experience this next chapter of their life.

Our beautiful Chiquita was adopted as a companion. She arrived at the rescue emaciated and reactive. She has blossomed into a fabulous trusting partner. We are grateful that she has a great home for the next chapter of her life. She has a pasture pal named Sidney who is also from the rescue. Hugs and kisses lovely girl.
