Leadership Hereford A unique leadership program that will help create citizens that are sensitive and educated about our local community and help them to be effective leaders.

Leadership Hereford offers a prestigious opportunity for those enthusiastic about and interested in the leadership and welfare of our community to learn how a community works. You will meet new people, make friendships and create your own network that will benefit you in your career or personal achievements. You will learn a valuable skill about leadership and teamwork that are highly sought after

by many of today's employers and civic organizations. The 9-month class begins with an orientation and includes special guests from our community and local governments. Trips are also planned for the class to attend to learn more about our community and region. The class will select a needed community project to implement during their 9 month program. Some of the topics discussed in class are: city and county government, economic development, education, health care, community services, history and future of our community.
