Rex, the Rescue Retriever was out spreading our safety message at the Halifax Harvest Fest. He even met the Queen of the Festival and Faced off with McGruff. Thanks to Nancy, Gretchen, Keri for helping Rex (Burnie) out.

Halifax County EMS currently has openings for Paramedics and EMTs (Advanced EMT applications accepted). EMT positions are work-against positions and persons in these positions must obtain an advanced level (AEMT/Paramedic) credential in time-frame based on agency requirements.
