We’re a professional contemporary dance company based in Richmond, Virginia, built around a simple belief: artistic excellence and inclusivity belong in the same room.
We create and present exceptional dance, bring nationally recognized choreographers into Richmond, invest in local professional artists, and create opportunities for dancers and audiences to experience this art form up close.
Our company is intentionally diverse — in background, body, movement style, life experience, and perspective — because we believe the dance world is stronger when more people have a place within it.
Onstage, in the studio, and throughout our community, our mission is to elevate the dance scene, support our dancers, and create meaningful dance experiences that inspire creativity, connection, and belonging.
