We are so proud of the three HSYO student musicians who earned spots in the Western Regional Orchestra. Twelve HSYO members participated in the NCMEA Western Regional Orchestra this weekend at ASU in Boone. These students auditioned to have the opportunity to share the stage with other young musicians from the western half of NC. Congratulations on an incredible concert!

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of music yesterday at the 2024 HCPS Berrian All County Orchestra Festival. So proud of all of the performers and teachers. Shout out also to our HSYO members who were unable to perform with us as they competed at the Land of the sky Marching Band Competition.

Announcing two new ensembles for Fall 2024! HSYO Sonata and Allegro are for string players with 1-3 years of playing experience. HSYO is for advanced strings and winds. These ensembles are a perfect supplement to school and private instruction. Come make music with us!

HSYO members and alumni played a lovley hour of music for the La Vie En Rosé festival at Marked Tree Winery on June 9th. The theme for the day was Sunset with the Symphony with HSO and the students played under the art gallery tent in the gorgeous hillside of Matke Tree 🌳 🎶 🖼️
