Meet Kensley, a motivated and adaptable individual eager to bring his energy and positivity to the workplace.

At 26 years old, Kensley is known for his outgoing personality, confidence, and strong teamwork skills. He thrives in social, fast-paced settings and enjoys helping others succeed.

Kensley is seeking part-time work (around 10 hours per week) in an energetic, team-focused environment. His interests include:
🍽️ Cleaning or bussing tables
🧺 Folding towels or restocking supplies
🗑️ Light cleaning and upkeep tasks

He’s quick to learn, dependable, and takes pride in doing every task well.

We had a great turnout at Friday’s Coalition Forward: Western Kentucky meeting, held at Henderson Community College.

A huge thank-you to our partners at The Opportunity Center of Owensboro for joining us to share their story — and for treating us to some incredible baked goods made through their Pinocchio’s culinary training program.

It’s inspiring to see organizations across Western Kentucky coming together to create pathways to meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities.

October is Disability Employment Awareness Month, and there’s no better time to connect, collaborate, and learn how inclusive hiring strengthens our workforce.

This Friday at 9 AM, we’re hosting a special Coalition Forward: Western Kentucky meeting at Henderson Community College (Sullivan Technology Center, Room 310).
