20 Year Henderson PD Veteran Facing Critical Health Battle
We’re asking our community to come together in support of Officer Donald Teti, a dedicated Henderson Police Department officer with over two decades of service and a proud law enforcement legacy in his family.

Officer Teti began his career with the Clark County School District Police Department, where he had the unique privilege of working alongside his father. Though his time there was brief (let’s say he was a little too proactive for his supervisors), he quickly found his home at Henderson PD, where he’s proudly served for more than 20 years.

Throughout his career, Officer Teti has made a lasting impact in patrol, the problem-solving unit, narcotics, the training bureau, and—his personal favorite—the bike unit. His commitment to service, his passion for his work, and his sense of humor have left a mark on every partner and community member he’s served.

Why We’re Raising Funds
Officer Teti is currently in intensive care following serious complications during cancer surgery. The next step in his care is a transfer to UCLA Medical Center, where he can receive the specialized treatment he urgently needs.
This fundraiser will help cover:
* Transportation and transfer costs to UCLA Medical Center
* Critical care and ongoing treatment expenses
* Lodging, travel, and support for family during this time

Officer Teti has spent a lifetime protecting others; now it’s our turn to protect him. Please consider donating and sharing his story. Today we honor our brother, partner, and friend, Engineer Clete Dadian. Clete dedicated more than 22 years to the Henderson Fire Department, serving with integrity, heart, and a smile that lifted everyone around him. He was a mentor, a role model, and a constant source of laughter and positivity both on the job and in the community he loved. We miss you Clete. Thank you for the legacy you left with all of us 🤙

👨🏻‍🚒 Firefighters face a higher risk of prostate cancer than the general population. In 2025, an estimated 313,780 men in the U.S. will be diagnosed and 1.4 million worldwide each year.

Prostate cancer often grows slowly and can go unnoticed. When caught early, the 5-year survival rate is 98% but drops to about 35% if detected late.

👉 Get checked:
* Men 50+ should have an annual PSA test.
* Firefighters or if you have a family history of prostate, breast, or ovarian cancer — start at 40.
* Don’t ignore warning signs: changes in urination, pelvic pain, or blood in urine/semen.

Early detection saves lives. Let’s protect our brothers and change the face of men’s health this .

Colston’s Story of Hope 🫶 “On April 3rd, 2024, our world changed with words no parent ever wants to hear: Your child has cancer.” Colston was diagnosed with high-risk stage four neuroblastoma and what followed was an 18-month battle of strength, courage, and faith. Colston endured 5 rounds of chemotherapy, 2 chemoimmunotherapy treatments, Over 20 surgeries, 2 bone marrow (stem cell) transplants, 14 rounds of radiation, 5 rounds of immunotherapy, and Countless blood transfusions and platelet bags.

The treatments were grueling. At one point, Colston spent weeks in the ICU, intubated and fighting for his life. Yet, no matter how hard it got, he kept pushing forward with strength and resilience far beyond his years.

🎗️Through it all, he showed unimaginable strength—and today, Colston’s scans are clear of cancer. He’s back in school, back to baseball, and back to smiling his way through life.

💛 We are forever grateful for the support of our family, friends, fire family, and HFBA. Together, you gave us strength, hope, and love.
💪 Colston’s journey is proof that hope is stronger than cancer.✨

🙏 When you feel like you’re not ok, just know there are people out there that love you. There are always options, even in your darkest days;

🖤Today, September 17, we remember and honor our brother, partner, and friend Firefighter Paramedic Robbie Pettingill. Six years have passed since we lost Robbie, yet his spirit continues to live in the firehouse and in our hearts. Known for his contagious smile and sense of humor, he had a way of lifting others up no matter the circumstance;

It’s heartbreaking to know that behind that light, he carried struggles that too often go unseen in our line of work. His story is a powerful reminder that none of us should carry the weight alone.

Today, we not only remember the joy he brought into our lives, but we recommit ourselves to carrying forward his mission of improving firefighter mental health;
