DanceAbilities is community-based offering families and children ways to connect through the movement arts. Yoga, dance, and meditation provide parents and children the opportunity to connect through FUN and EXCITING workshops! How we relate and understand each other is often the key to
decreased stress, better communication skills and more joyfulness in life.
