YES We Can!
Here we are at the end of the second month of fourteenth year of the 21st century, and already most of us have failed at one or more of our New Year's resolutions. How are you feeling about your personal economic future in 2014?
We are embarked on some major ventures to make life better for everyone we know, and at the top of our priorities is to provide a new concept, an alternative to conventional institutional orphanage's. Our pilot project is to build the first of what we hope and pray will be many "Children's Havens" throughout the world.
Beginning in the typhoon region of the Philippines in Albay is where our pilot project will be built. The Red Cross, the United Nations and UNICEF estimate the number of children orphaned by the Yolanda typhoon as high as 2,000,000. Perhaps these are high estimates, however knowing that thousands of children are "orphans of Yolanda" as the UN calls them, means that these victims need to be saved from the clutches of traffickers and pedophiles so that they do not end up like the 1.5 million estimated "street children" in the Philippines that are taken advantage of in the slave s*x trades, abused by pedophiles and subjected to drugs and criminal activities.
The crises in the Philippines warrants that the first Children's Haven be built there, using the patented "Lock Blocks" for construction to build typhoon and earth quake resistant housing and support structures. The non-institutional family oriented Children's Haven will provide many jobs for many people from the surrounding SDA church membership. After the Children's Haven
homes and compound are built, the Lock-Block manufacturing operation then can be focused on helping the economically stressed people in the community with jobs manufacturing the Lock-Blocks and providing economical safe housing to families in the communities. And this ongoing mission can provide support for the safe housing and educations of the "orphans of Yolanda".

Yes, my primary focus is on this effort to help children and families that are victims of typhoon Yolanda.
