Equality Project INC Equality Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses advocacy, education and mobilization programs to achieve our mission.

Equality Project advocates and educates to achieve fair treatment and equal opportunity for all regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity or expression. Equality Project focuses on youth, making sure laws are passed to protect them, provider funding and resources to low income families to help make possible that all youth can achieve the same dreams in life. Equality Project builds

a social and political voice for the LGBTQ communities. We work with leaders from all around in an intentionally collaborative, inclusive, diverse, and respectful way. We aim to advance LGBTQ protective policy, convene and organize LGBTQ leaders, people, and organizations, and elect candidates who support the various needs of our diverse community throughout the state.

Congratulations to the Henderson Equality Center on an incredible achievement—winning Best of Las Vegas for the fourth consecutive year! Recognized as Best Non-Profit, Best Place to Volunteer, and Best Networking Organization, we are proud to be the only LGBTQ+ organization to win four years in a row.

What an honor, Henderson Equality Center is the 2021 Winner for Best Networking Organization. What an honor to finish out 2021!
