Get in the Halloween spirit and participate in the 2026 Texas 4-H Pumpkin Carving Contest!🍀🎃

To enter, send a photo of your carving to our Facebook along with the name of the member who created it and the county they are enrolled in as a 4-H member. Voting will take place on Facebook starting on October 27th. Happy carving!

Full Armor 4-H collected blankets at their October meeting to distribute to the Rusk/Panola Child Advocacy Center. Awesome job! 🍀

Happy National 4-H Week! 🍀
Hi! My name is Macey Rutherford. I am a senior in high school and a Texas 4-H Healthy Texas Youth Ambassador, Rusk County 4-H Ambassador, and President of Tatum 4-H Club. I have been involved in 4-H for 9 years and have participated in many different projects and activities throughout my time in 4-H.
Some of my favorite projects are Food Challenge, Fashion Show, Duds to Dazzle, and rabbits. I have also enjoyed being involved in Quilts of Valor, Texas 4-H Congress, and community service projects throughout my 4-H career. Through these experiences, I have had the opportunity to compete at the district and state levels while learning the importance of teamwork, creativity, responsibility, and dedication.
4-H has helped me grow into a more confident leader and public speaker while giving me opportunities to meet new people, serve my community, and encourage others. As I prepare to graduate, I am thankful for everything 4-H has taught me and all the memories and friendships I have made along the way. 🍀💚

Hi! My name is Katherine Rodriguez and I have been a member of Livestock 4-H Club since 3rd grade. I have participated in the Food and Nutrition, Fashion and Interior Design, and Photography projects. My favorite competitions are Ag Product ID and Food Challenge. I have also held many leadership positions during my time in 4-H such as club reporter, club parliamentarian, Healthy Texas Youth Ambassador, and Rusk County 4-H Ambassador. 4-H has pushed me to be a better leader and teammate and it has also helped me improve my public speaking and creativity skills. 4-H is an amazing program that helps kids grow and learn and I would highly recommend getting involved!
