It is with great pride and excitement that we welcome Chris DeAngelis as the ACC's new Vice President. Chris's willingness to serve the ACC in this leadership role is a tremendous honor for our organization. We are grateful for the experience, vision, and dedication he brings to our Board and look forward to the lasting impact his leadership will have on our members and our mission.

Chris DeAngelis is an accomplished construction executive and community leader who has built a distinguished career through integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. As Vice President of Martin-Harris Construction, Chris plays an integral role in delivering complex commercial construction projects that contribute to the continued growth and success of Southern Nevada.

Over his 17-year tenure with Martin Harris Construction, he has steadily risen through the ranks, holding positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Special Projects, Senior Project Executive, and ultimately, Vice President of Special Projects. In his current role, Chris serves on the MHC Leadership Council and oversees the Special Projects Group, which completes 40 to 70 projects annually. These projects range from tenant improvements, renovations, building expansions, and unique ground-up buildings outside of MHC’s core market sectors.

A proud graduate of Leadership Henderson, Class of 2022, Chris distinguished himself among an outstanding group of community leaders through his collaborative leadership style, dedication to service, and passion for creating meaningful change beyond the workplace. Under his leadership, his Leadership Henderson class raised more than $650,000 in cash and in-kind contributions to fully renovate three transitional homes for the Inspiring Children Foundation. Martin-Harris Construction later partnered with the Foundation once again, contributing an additional $160,000 in in-kind trade work to renovate a fourth home, further expanding its impact on at-risk youth.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife Jodi, whom he married in 2015, are the proud parents of two children, Cason, 7, and Aria, 9. Chris also volunteers as a soccer coach, having coached Cason’s team since the age of 3. The DeAngelis family enjoys spending time together at Legoland, Disneyland, Lake Mead, and the beaches of New Jersey and California.

We are honored to welcome Devon Carothers as the Secretary of the ACC. Devon's connection to the organization is especially meaningful, her grandmother is the woman in whose honor the ACC was named, making her service a continuation of a remarkable family legacy. Devon brings a unique perspective, a deep appreciation for our history, and a commitment to helping carry our mission forward for future generations.

Devon Carothers is an accomplished educator, community leader, and Co-Founder of the Inspired Youth Foundation, an organization she founded alongside her husband, Drew Carothers, to empower students through education, mentorship, scholarships, and opportunities for growth. Based in Fairfield, Connecticut, Devon has dedicated her professional life to helping young people discover their potential and achieve their goals.

Throughout her distinguished career in education, Devon has demonstrated a passion for creating positive learning environments, supporting students, and inspiring the next generation of leaders. As a Reading Specialist in the Westport Public Schools, she is committed to helping every child become a confident, successful learner while ensuring all students have the encouragement, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.

A lifelong learner herself, Devon continues to invest in her own professional growth through advanced study and specialized training, earning graduate degrees and certifications from the University of Scranton, Southern Connecticut State University, Sacred Heart University, and the Orton-Gillingham Academy.
As Co-Founder of the Inspired Youth Foundation, Devon has transformed her passion for education and service into a mission focused on investing in young people and strengthening communities. Through scholarships, mentorship, and youth-focused initiatives, the foundation reflects her belief that supporting young people today creates stronger communities tomorrow.

Devon's combination of educational leadership, compassion, and commitment to youth development continues to guide everything she does. Whether working with students in the classroom or leading community initiatives, she believes that investing in young people creates lasting opportunities and stronger communities for generations to come.

Outside of work, Devon is a proud soccer, baseball, and basketball mom to her son, Tyler, and daughter, Riley. She and her husband, Drew, live in Connecticut. When she's not cheering from the sidelines, you'll likely find her at the beach, rooting for her beloved Toronto Blue Jays, or staying active as a recently retired kickboxer turned Peloton enthusiast.

Devone Donley is a respected real estate professional, commercial real estate valuation expert, and community leader known for his integrity and market knowledge. He serves as a partner and co-team Lead of The St. Clair | Donley Group at Douglas Elliman, where he leads his team and their clients with expertise in negotiation, market analysis and customized real estate strategies.

In addition to his residential real estate practice, Devone serves as a commercial real estate appraiser with Sierra Valuation, where he provides comprehensive valuation and market analysis for a wide range of commercial property types. Devone has earned an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California.

Also a graduate of Leadership Henderson, Devone is passionate about strengthening the Henderson community through service, collaboration, and civic engagement.
