Angel Charitable Corporation to Host 5th Annual Gala Supporting Programs and Launching New Initiative, Max the Marble Foundation
Las Vegas, NV 04/25/26

The Angel Charitable Corporation (ACC) will host its Annual Gala on April 25 to raise funds for operations and introduce the Max the Marble Foundation. Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero will serve as the Opening Speaker, welcoming guests and setting the tone for an impactful evening that brings together community leaders and supporters.

ACC is an umbrella nonprofit supporting seven initiatives, maximizing efficiency so more funds reach recipients in need. Strategic partnerships and community events further expand ACC’s impact.

Proceeds from the Gala will support ACC operations and principal charities. A portion will benefit the new Max the Marble Foundation, which supports children in need by providing free copies of I Am a Little Marble, life-saving inhalers for asthmatic children, hearing aids for deaf children, and financial assistance to families of children battling cancer
“Our mission is compassion and efficiency,” said Founder, Paul Maxwell. “Uniting under one umbrella means more money for more help. Launching Max the Marble Foundation is a dream come true and strengthens the ACC’s ongoing commitment to children.”

The Gala will feature live musical performances, a raffle, an auction, and opportunities to support ACC’s initiatives.
