YOUTH-DRIVEN SERVICES: The voices and leadership of young people with lived experience are built into every aspect of planning, development, and application of the supports and services for transition age youth within The Port. We offer a variety of ways to explore information about behavioral health supports, including consultation with providers, researching resources with a staff member, learning from peers who have gone through similar experiences, and more. Services include, but are not limited to, mental health & Substance Use Disorder counseling, psychoeducation, health screening, medication support, employment & vocational coaching, case management, tutoring & homework assistance, mentoring, peer support, social & life skills training, and more, all at no cost! We hire youth peer support specialists and youth coordinators with lived experience to help create an environment where young people can support and learn from each other.
