Hey guys! I would like to formally introduce our 2020 A&P honor society's president LAUREN PORTER!!!
Hello, my name is Lauren Porter. Spring 2020 is my 5th semester at Nevada State. Currently, I am a nursing major, with a psychology and professional writing minor. My long-term goal is to attend medical school and help bring awareness to mental health through study and research. It is my great honor to have been voted in as President of this Honor Society. Firsthand, I have seen the immense impact an organization can have on individual lives. The Anatomy and Physiology Honor Society presents vast opportunities to its members and communities, both locally and worldwide! As an academically based organization we recognize and value each and every one of our members in their hard work in balancing and maintaining all life and school throws at them. Community and growth are two of the most important aspects within a leader and an organization, as a whole. As president, I promise to listen, collaborate, and assist to the absolute best of my ability. With my fellow officers, members, and school officials, I will work to promote the greatest sense of camaraderie and success. I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all of your love and support and look forward to the honor of working with you all during the Spring semester and beyond.
