Join the Charlie-Mike Foundation for a casual evening of coffee, connection, and community created for Veterans, service members, military families, community partners, and supporters.

A huge thank-you to Las Vegas Lights Football Club for generously donating their space and helping us bring the military-connected community together. ⚽️ Following the event, all attendees will also have the opportunity to attend the Las Vegas Lights FC game!

A huge thank you to Jeff Meyer and the entire TuffNUff team for opening their doors to the Charlie-Mike Foundation and our veteran community during Tuff-N-Uff 154.

Our veterans were given a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring a live MMA event to life — from production and operations to media, marketing, athlete coordination, and fight-night logistics.

This was more than a tour. It was an opportunity for veterans to connect with industry professionals, explore career pathways in sports entertainment, and see firsthand the teamwork, discipline, and preparation that happen long before the lights come on.

We are incredibly grateful to Jeff and Tuff-N-Uff for welcoming our veterans with such care, respect, and generosity. Partnerships like this help create access, connection, and new possibilities for those who have served.

Today, Charlie-Mike Foundation pauses to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is not just a date on the calendar. It is a solemn reminder that freedom has been protected at an immeasurable cost, by service members whose names, stories, families, and sacrifices must never be forgotten.

As an organization committed to veterans and military-connected families, we carry that responsibility with humility. Today, we honor those who never made it home, stand with the families who carry their memory, and recommit to serving the community they helped protect.
May we never forget.

A couple of weeks ago, we had the honor of attending the Quilts of Valor Ceremony and witnessing a deeply meaningful moment of recognition for veterans in our community, including our founder, Mike Del Prado.

It was incredibly moving to be present as veterans were wrapped in gratitude and recognized for their service and sacrifice. A Quilt of Valor is more than a quilt, it is a powerful reminder that their courage, service, and sacrifices are seen, remembered, and honored.

It was also especially meaningful to see fellow veterans and community partners we are proud to stand alongside recognized as well, individuals who continue serving long after the uniform comes off, showing up for others and strengthening the veteran community every day.

Moments like these stay with you. They remind us that service leaves a lasting impact, and that honoring our veterans means more than saying thank you, it means continuing to show up with care, community, and commitment.

We are grateful to have shared in such a special occasion and to celebrate the veterans whose service, sacrifice, and continued dedication continue to inspire us.
