This last week, our club held a service project during our meeting to help two groups! First we helped make Encouragement Cards for Ronald McDonald House. We also helped pack school supplies for John Dooley Elementary School.

We were then honored to have Joey Cox from John Dooley Elementary School to received the school supplies. Have a great first day of school!

Last night our club held its annual debunking party where we celebrated this last year and all we have accomplished.

Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July celebration! Our next meeting is this Tuesday at 6pm at Pacific Diner!

Pacific Diner is putting together backpacks with school supplies for elementary through high school students in our local Henderson schools.
We would love to see our group help by individually contributing to the cause with a cash donation. We will be collecting $ at this Tuesday's meeting to help!

The Rotary Club of Boulder City (our sponsoring club) is asking if we can provide some help for their annual Pancake Breakfast on July 4th. Many of you have participated in this event in the past few years — and it is always fun.

Location: Bicentennial Park, 1100 Colorado St, Boulder City, NV.

They need extra help beginning between 5:45 am. - 6:00 am., to get everything set up. Pancakes are served from 7 am. - 9 am.; until the parade starts.

They hope to have enough helpers to switch Rotarians around throughout the event, (which should make the job fairly easy — you shouldn't get stuck in one spot for the duration). It takes a lot of workers to feed a steady line of people, and there will be a large crowd — it is an election year, so lots of politicians will be attending. Let us know if you want to come!
