Im Nick Baumert owner of Custom Customs and love showing kids the world of welding! Donation Packages! We are looking for local companies to sponsor/donate to our foundation and help support the ever so important experience of shop/welding class for kids! The kids have built a sweet 8’ long shark we want to give to a generous donater! We show kids the world of welding and fabrication. Just trying

Custom metal thank you CNC plaque and custom wall trophy plaque with photo and engraved names of donator/company and custom built sculpture made entirely by kids that will represent the company or person that donated. Example of kids made sculpture a 8’ long life size great white shark! (Sculpture size to be built based on donation size)

Big shout out to this amazing young man, Quentin!

His family lives on a small island in the Bahamas and, when they heard we offer welding classes for kids, they sent him to us—over 2,500 miles away! At just 13 years old, Quentin carries himself with the mindset and maturity of a grown man. He helps run his family’s funeral home, even directing services, and takes on real responsibilities that most adults would find daunting.

On their island, there’s no fast food—they cook everything they eat. If something breaks, they fix it themselves. They have a welder at home, but Quentin needed the skills to run it, and we were honored to answer that call.

He gave it his all in our program, and we’re proud to say he’s heading home ready to burn and earn.

Well done, Quentin! You are a true inspiration and a reminder of the power of hard work, character, and community.

Enrollment Dates: July 11th – August 8th

Don’t miss your chance to enroll in our hands-on welding and fabrication classes—this is the last season of the year! Spots fill fast and are first come, first served, with priority given to returning students.

✅ CLASS HIGHLIGHTS:
• Learn in a real working fabrication shop
• Get hands-on experience with real customer projects
• Lunch is provided every class!
• One make-up class allowed per student

✅ STUDENTS KEEP THEIR OWN GEAR!
Each student receives and keeps professional PPE and tools to use during class and beyond:
• Auto-darkening welding hood
• Welding gloves & sleeves
• Safety glasses
• Welding cap
• Chipping hammer
• Welding magnets
• Markers

✅ SKILLS YOU’LL LEARN:
• MIG welding
• ARC welding
• CNC plasma table operation
• Blueprint reading
• Safe use of angle grinders

🎓 Ages 9–19 welcome (younger or older considered on a case-by-case basis)

Custom Customs Youth Welding Foundation our goal here is to provide an environment of experience, see what it is like to be a “welder” or at least have a little bit of knowledge in it! We provide the space and tools for young students to get a taste of it and see if it the right path for them vs finding out at a $10,000 trade school.

Lunch is always included!

You get 5 classes and one make up class. All the PPE they will get and keep!
