Meet Slim Jim & Beef Stick 🌭😂 — two brothers who are about 4 months old and looking for forever homes!

These little Chihuahua mixes came to us from a high-kill shelter after going through more than any puppy should. They’ve definitely experienced some trauma, but you’d never know it from their goofy, playful personalities. ❤️

They LOVE other dogs, are full of puppy energy, and are always on the move doing something important. 😂

And just to be clear: they do NOT need to be adopted together! They can each find their own forever family, but if someone falls in love with both of these snack boys, we’d be happy to consider that too. 🥹

Meet Percy 💔

At just 11 months old, Percy has already learned far too much about the bad in people — and almost nothing about the kindness he deserves.

We rescued him from our local shelter, where it was clear he had been abused and neglected. He is absolutely terrified. He doesn’t know how to walk on a leash, he doesn’t understand that a gentle hand is a safe hand, and he sadly doesn’t seem to know what kindness feels like.

And yet… Percy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
Despite everything he’s been through, he is still such a sweet, gentle boy who just wants to feel safe.

We also believe Percy may be deaf, which means he’ll need someone willing to be patient, understanding, and help him learn the world in a way that makes sense to him.

He needs a very special family who will give him time, patience, and unconditional love while he learns what it means to finally be safe.

These babies are just ONE DAY OLD, and they need out of the shelter NOW. A chaotic shelter environment is no place for a mom & her newborn litter, and we’re worried about what could happen to them if they don’t have a quiet, safe place to go 💔

We’re committed to rescuing this sweet mama and her 9 babies from The Animal Foundation, but we need a foster home for them to do so.

Mama is incredibly quiet and sweet. She just needs a calm, quiet place to nurse and care for her babies.

We provide everything — food, supplies, medical care & support. You provide the safe home and the love 🏡❤️

Shadow came to us in really rough shape, and while he still has some healing to do, he has come such a long way. At 10 years old, he deserves to spend his golden years knowing what it feels like to be loved.

Shadow loves kids, does great with little dogs, is potty trained, walks well on a leash, and has the best manners.

So what does forever fostering Shadow mean?

You open your home and give him the love, comfort, and family he deserves 🏡❤️

We cover his medical care, medications, and necessities for the rest of his life.
