Top Reasons Hempstead Children aren't Playing Baseball !!!!!!!! #1. Their aren't any programs in the area for Baseball. Answer, The New and improved Hempstead little league's main objective is to get every child within reason to participate in this great summer past time, this will keep our children active in something fun and positive and bring families together in our community #2. Black and spanish children aren't interested in playing Baseball. Answer, Children have developing minds and if they aren't introduced to something how will they ever Know if they like it or not. It's our responsibility as parents to give them an opportunity to decide if they do, Besides what child doesn't like competition especially when it involves running and playing #3. Baseball equipment is too expensive i can't afford it Answer, we understand that equipment can be expensive, and it is our goal for your child to be able to play, therefore we have organized a program to help families provide equipment such as bats , Helmets and gloves to make the impossible possible. #4. We don't have transportation to Get to Games and practices. Answer, All our games will be centrally played in the heart of hempstead, walking distance to the field, also our coaches are dedicated to helping in situations where a car pool is needed #5. I can't Afford To pay Registration Fee's Answer, League organizers are working hard to find business sponsors to help keep registration fee's as low as possible, remember it is our goal for your child to play, so we'll have easy payment plans if necessary to help get this accomplished
